I am interested in the clinical translation of TCR-T cell therapy combined with mRNA vaccines for pancreatic cancer. Given the immunosuppressive nature and low mutation burden of pancreatic cancer, monotherapy often fails. TCR-T cells can precisely target tumor antigens, while mRNA vaccines stimulate neoantigen-specific immune responses, potentially synergizing to enhance antitumor efficacy. This research focuses on evaluating the safety, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy of this combination strategy, aiming to accelerate its clinical translation for pancreatic cancer treatment.
